Ingredients

- 1 cup mochiko flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup milk (any type)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil
- Optional: vanilla, matcha, or chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Whisk wet ingredients separately.
- Combine both until smooth.
- Pour into preheated waffle iron and cook 3–5 minutes.
- Serve warm with toppings.
Notes
Add matcha or ube for fun flavor spins! Crisp them up in a toaster if reheating.
