Description

Crispy outside, chewy inside — these mochi waffles are a fast and fun twist on classic breakfast, ready in minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mochiko flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup milk (any type)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil
  • Optional: vanilla, matcha, or chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Whisk wet ingredients separately.
  3. Combine both until smooth.
  4. Pour into preheated waffle iron and cook 3–5 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with toppings.

Notes

Add matcha or ube for fun flavor spins! Crisp them up in a toaster if reheating.
